A fantastic return to live events as we supplied event management and production to Visit Lewes’s ‘Gin & Fizzmas’ event
A spin-off from the council’s popular Gin and Fizz Festival, this pop-up event was part of the larger Lewes Late Night Shopping event in early December 2021.
Shoppers were treated to a mixture of local wineries, distilleries and breweries offering samples and selling their produce in Lewes’s market tower, which we extended with a temporary marquee and decorated with gentle background lighting and fairy lights. We provided a full event management service including liaison with exhibitors, event management plans and supplier management.
A small temporary stage played host to a string quartet, patio heaters kept guests warm, and stewards and security staff ensured the event was safe, tidy and well managed. Merry Christmas!
