LYT Productions delivered another successful event in partnership with Lewes District Council
In June 2022, we delivered the Sussex Gin & Fizz Festival for Visit Lewes, an event that we had initially been working on in early 2020! We supplied full event management and production services from the first stages of planning through to delivery and clean-up on site. We also assisted with the licensing application for the event.
The type and location of the event required some creative thinking to deliver all the essentials, including a temporary drinking water and glass washing station, toilet facilities, ice supplies and walk-in refridgerators, event WiFi and environmentally friendly reusable cups.
We sourced all of the event infrastructure including vintage airstream stage, marquees, furniture, lighting, generators, toilets and security and medical provision, etc, as well as working closely with all of the event exhibitors to ensure a super smooth event!
