About Us

We’re a not-for-profit community organisation offering high quality event production services to a large variety of clients

What sets us apart from others is our vision for vocational training in real life production environments, where our members are mentored and overseen by industry professionals to learn new skills ‘on the job’.

Our event crew is made up of young people aged 18-28 and from a diverse mix of backgrounds. For our members, being a part of LYT means gaining valuable life, social and professional skills, underpinned by our core values.
